2015 International Year of Soil
Broadening Horizons: Innovations in Soil Science Communication.
When: 28 March 2015: presentations, AGM, and workshops from 9:30 – 4pm, social event from 4 – 6 pm
Where: McMillan Building, UBC
Cost*: $30 students, $60 non-students
*cost includes registration, PRSSS annual membership, lunch and refreshments.
Registration opens January 20th.
What: Join us for the PRSSS annual workshop and AGM this March for the International Year of Soil. This year’s workshop is focused on innovative ways of communicating soil science throughout the world. A broad range of soil science topics will be brought to you through many engaging and novel forms of science communication in the morning. Then hands-on workshops will teach you valuable tools for improving your communication skills! Look forward to learning while having fun and being entertained!
