Come to City Hall from 12-1 pm on December 4th to celebrate World Soil Day and finish off the 2015 UN International Year of Soils in this special event, presented by the City of Vancouver, UBC Botanical Garden, Society Promoting Environmental Conservation, and the Vancouver Food Policy Council!
